DINELLI HOUSE SALAD

60 g Romaine Iceberg Mix, Shredded
1/2 pc Orange, Peeled and Wedged
30 g Dried Fig, Sliced
45 g Honey Dew Melon, Diced
60 g Mascarpone, Crumbled
60 ml Raspberry Vinaigrette
5 g Fresh Basil
30 g Seedless Grapes
60 g Apple, Diced
30 g Walnuts, Roasted
1 pc Prawn, Cooked

Combine lettuce mix, basil, fruits, fig, prawn, and walnuts. Drizzle with raspberry vinaigrette. Toss. Arrange on salad bowl. Top with mascarpone.

Serves one.
 
 
  PATE PLATTER

60 g Ruben's Black Pepper Pate
10 g Always Fresh Grissini
60 g Ruben Red Smoked Salmon Mousse
4 pcs French Baguette, Sliced
60 g Ruben's French Pate
30 g Fine Wafer Crackers
60 g Mesclun Greens

Slice pates and arrange on plate. Add and arrange Mesclun Greens, crackers and biscuits on plate.

Serves two.

 
 
  CAPRESE MILANO

120 g Plum Tomato, Sliced
3 g Basil, Whole
1 g Salt
Always Fresh Olive Oil
120 g Fresh Mozzarella
5 g Rosemary, Stem
1 g Pepper

On plate, arrange tomato, mozzarella and basil. Drizzle with "Always Fresh" Olive Oil. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with rosemary stem.

Serves one.
